How to requisition your gear

Ordering from The Well Dressed GI:

This site is a virtual showroom for the products sold by the Well
Dressed GI.  At this time I am not set up to accept on line orders.  I do
not want you to order items I may not have in stock, so I ask you
contact me first before payment is made.  

Review the list of items and email me (preferred) or call me during
business hours with any questions about which items you are
interested in purchasing.  I will reply with a total cost including
shipping.  The email address is

Payment:          

-Paypal: My paypal address is sales@welldressedgi.com

-Checks and Money Orders:  Mail them to The Well Dressed GI,
c/o Tim Scherrer, 835 Oaklawn Drive, Columbia, MO 65203.  

-Please make all checks and money orders out to Tim Scherrer.
           Check orders will wait one week before shipping to
ensure the              check clears the bank.

-I do not accept credit cards except through paypal.  

Shipping:  I estimate the shipping cost as part of the order
process.  I typically ship USPS using Priority Mail or Parcel
post, depending upon the cost and delivery times given by the
post office.  I can do quicker shipping such as overnight or
next day air if you are willing to pay for it.  I mail twice a week,
so your order, once payment is received.  Be aware person
check orders will sit one week before shipping.  

International orders:  I do accept international orders, however
the shipping cost is significantly higher.  Contact me and I will
give you a shipping cost well above the amount to ensure it
can be mailed to you at that cost.  I will refund any overages in
US dollars via paypal or personal check.

Order inquiries:  I try to email when the order is shipped so you
have a timetable of when to expect it.  If the order is a week
beyond when expected, drop me an email at
tim@thewelldressedgi.com and be sure to state your name,
shipping address, items in the order and approximate date of
the order.  I will get back to you.  You may also call me at
573-489-4891 during business hours to check on the status,
but please remember this is a part time business and I can not
always take calls.  I will respond in 24 hours to nearly all
inquiries except in unusual circumstances.

Returns:  If there is a discrepancy or a concern with an item,
and you wish to return it, it must be returned in the same
condition as sent within one week of receipt.  Once the item is
successfully returned, then you will be credited for the item.  If
the gear is worn, abused or not in the same condition as sent,
do not expect a full refund.  

Travel: Occasionally I will have to be out of town for a weekend
or a week.  I will stay in touch as best I can by email when I am
gone.  I will try to post these times on the website so you can
know how to reach us regarding an inquiry.
